Dogg Shanley (voc, synths, phin) is a European musician, born 1963.

From 2017 until end of 2024, he was singer and frontman of the German punk band Rauschangriff, performing under the name „Henne“. During this time, he founded the label Mad Voice Records.

Since 2024, he has been active under his real name, Dogg Shanley. He lives in Spain and Southeast Asia, and his music moves between electronic music, traditional music forms, post-punk, and noise.

In 2025, he founded Electric Rural Recordings, a non-profit platform for his own releases, as well for Mo Lam, the unbelievable music and off-beats from Isan.

Electric Rural Recordings supports independent musicians by giving a free license from a digital music distributor for streaming platforms. Artists keep their rights ´n royalties and pay nothing.
